How Do I Rent a Shipping Container?
To rent a storage container with Rent-A-Container, all you have to do is a little online shopping. Browse our website to find the rental container that fits your size and price parameters, add it to your shopping cart, and complete the online checkout process (which takes less than a minute).
From there, you schedule the pickup or delivery of your rental container with one of our helpful container experts. We will do what it takes to make the process easy and transparent for you.
How Much Does It Cost to Rent a Shipping Container?
The cost of renting a shipping container will vary based on your specific needs. At Rent-A-Container, our starting lease rates can be as affordable as $115 per month.
How Long Are the Container Rental Contracts with Rent-A-Container?
Rent-A-Container rental contracts are always short-term. We require a three-month minimum for rentals. After that, you can keep the container for as long as you like — we’ll bill you each month. When you’re done with it, let us know. We’ll come pick it up.
When Can a Rented Shipping Container Be Delivered?
After you have placed your order for a storage container rental, one of our delivery specialists will contact you to discuss the delivery date and location. Typically, Rent-A-Container delivers containers seven to 10 days after the order is placed. However, we always try to accommodate tight schedules, so please let us know if you need to speed up the delivery process.
Are There Hidden Fees or Additional Charges When Renting?
The only fee we charge outside of the monthly container rental fee is the pickup and delivery fee. Everything is disclosed ahead of time, and you pay this fee at the time of checkout. That way, you won’t be surprised by hidden fees later on. The amount you pay for the delivery and pickup will depend on your location and the location of the storage container rental.

There are alot of scams out there with shipping container ads right now. BEWARE! ModuGo has great reviews, is listed as a good company with the BBB and has a fantastic team of very helpful people! I have to say, from first contact to delivery the experience with these guys was great. As promised my Container was delivered In 7-10 business days. Great doing business with MOduGo. The order and shipment went off without a hitch. I had a 12 noon deadline they made it with an hour and half to spare. I am probably going to buy another from MOduGo. Very impressive company. The container is “cargo worthy” it was solid and looks to be sealed well and the roof doesn’t seem to have any leaks. It does have some dings but no holes at all. Nice doing business with people that are good at their job and care.
