CAN I LOOK AT THE SHIPPING CONTAINER BEFORE I BUY IT?

No, unfortunately, you cannot physically inspect the shipping container before making a purchase. However, at Container One, we prioritize the quality and condition of our containers. They undergo a rigorous inspection process and are categorized by grade to meet our standards of quality and functionality.

Once the container is delivered to your specified location, you have the opportunity to personally inspect it. This allows you to verify its condition, ensuring it meets your requirements and expectations.

WHAT’S THE DELIVERY TIMELINE?

Timelines always depend on a few factors, such as your location, when we receive your payment, weather conditions, and more. Our Delivery/Dispatch department will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your payment to schedule a date and time for delivery. COMMON DELIVERY METHODS INCLUDE:

Shipping Containers:

• Tiltbed: The shipping container will arrive on a trailer that will tilt back and place the edge of the container on the ground. The trailer will pull away and allow the container to slide, or roll, off onto the ground.
• Roll Off: The shipping container will arrive on a rollback/wrecker truck that will roll back and place the container on the ground. This delivery method is mainly used for 20ft containers.
• Customer Assist: If the customer has a large forklift or a crane they are able to take the container off the trailer.
• Self-Pickup: For shipping containers, we do offer the option of self-pick-up. Ensure that your trailer is at least the same length as your container.

Portable Storage Containers:

• Self-Pickup: For those who prefer self-pick-up, you can pick up the portable storage containers assembled or unassembled. Ensure that your trailer is 8ft, 12ft, 16ft, or 20ft and meets our portable storage specification requirements, and you’re good to go!
• Delivery: If you prefer a hassle-free experience, we’ve got you covered. Our expert team employs specialized equipment to bring your portable storage container straight to your doorstep either assembled or unassembled.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE THE SITE FOR DELIVERY?

You want to ensure that you are placing the container on flat and level ground. You can make a gravel or concrete foundation or even just put it on the ground when it arrives without preparation. You will need 120′ of space in a straight line for a container to be delivered via a roll-off bed.

I rarely write reviews but this is one that needs to be done. The price I paid was by far the best I found, the container is in excellent condition. The company and all of the contacts, employees were all very professional. All of my questions and concerns were answered within a few hours. I had to delay delivery due to snow, no problem, when I was ready they scheduled delivery for 4 days in the future. Delivery was on time within a few minutes. Driver was great, put the container exactly where I wanted it. I can’t say enough good things about this experience. I will be buying another soon. Highest recommendation.

I bought a container, the price was great, the representative was an awesome help getting me exactly what I was looking for(thank you *****) my only problem was in the delivery time, they say 2/3 weeks, no problem there but it did take almost 5 weeks, the weather was bad so it wasnt an easy delivery, once the weather cleared it only took another week. I did have problems with the logistics, ******* didnt ever contact me to let me know what was up, I repeatedly had to contact her. Finally ***** called me and told me tomorrow The driver contacted me right away and we made our arrangements. He got there took it off the trailer and all is well.
